friends holding sparklers

At Midwest Financial Group, we believe in a values-based approach to business. We ask what’s most important to each and every client, and that’s what becomes most important to us when helping them plan for their future. The S.P.A.R.K. Society was created to take that sentiment and apply it to a greater, even more impactful vision. The reason there are no strings attached to our gift cards is because S.P.A.R.K. Society wants members to use them for something that is important to them. Whether that’s donating to a charity, helping out a neighbor who has had a rough year, or simply buying groceries for someone who might not be able to otherwise, the individual values of each member of the S.P.A.R.K. Society are varied.

Last year, we saw members sparking positive change in creative and innovative ways because they were able to put their gift toward something that truly mattered to them. After last year’s success, we believe this year’s sparks can have an even broader impact and we’re thrilled to see what happens.

SPARK - blk

Midwest Financial Group is proud to sponsor the S.P.A.R.K. Society

Through our interest in localized causes, special needs individuals, families facing challenges, and community outreach, the S.P.A.R.K. Society is dedicated to inspiring positive change and enriching the lives closest to you.

The S.P.A.R.K. Society encourages individuals in our communities (like you) to select a cause utilizing the S.P.A.R.K. Society gift cards to provide financial support to those in need. We look to you to be the spark by suggesting a cause, donating money, donating your time or supplies, or just doing an act of random kindness.

This year, the S.P.A.R.K. Society chose 40 members to receive either a $50 or $100 gift card in the hope that with it, they would create a Small Purposeful Act of Random Kindness and do something great, or to give the card to a person or organization that would.

There were no expectations of repayment, no strings attached, but that the recipient would use the gift in a way to achieve something truly meaningful, and share the results with the giver.

New this year and going forward, the S.P.A.R.K. Society will also be “paying it forward” and choosing one honorary recipient of the S.P.A.R.K. Society “IGNITE a SPARK” donation. The “IGNITE a SPARK” donation will be given to an individual or group that, with our support, will also be able to one day provide opportunities and be able to pay it forward.

This year’s recipient is Primrose School of Middleton.
